We will offer a full refund on faulty returns for all full-priced items up to 7 days after you have received your order. All returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the items are in their original saleable condition, unworn, with garment labels and swing tags still intact. Any items that show signs of wear or have been washed or dry-cleaned will not be accepted for return or exchange.

All customers are responsible for the shipping costs on return or exchange items. We suggest that you use a traceable delivery method for all items you are returning to us. We will be in contact as soon as we receive your items to organise the refund, exchange or store credit.

It may take some time before your refund is officially in your bank account or on your credit card. If you haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank to check the delay isn’t at their end. All on sale purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is proven to be faulty or damaged upon receipt of your order. Please contact us via within 2 days upon receipt of your order if you believe your item is damaged or faulty.

    In the case of faulty products you are entitled to a replacement or refund.  

    For faulty products purchased in-store you have 7 days to return them, faulty products returned to Debbie Moses Daylesford outside the initial 7 day period will be assessed on an individual basis.

    For damaged/faulty products purchased online, please advise us within 2 working days of receiving your delivery via email accompanied with a photo of the damaged/faulty item, claims outside of this initial 2 day period will be assessed on an individual basis.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    We recommend that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning the item as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Return shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.


    We offer 6-week lay-by on all full priced items. 20% deposit must be left to secure your item. If you chose to cancel your lay-by within the 6-week timeframe, 20% of your total payments paid will be kept for administrative fees, and the balance returned to you in the form a store credit.

    We will contact you as a reminder if you have not collected your lay-by within this timeframe, but if we still do not hear from you after 8 weeks from initial purchase date, your lay-by will be forfeited and the deposit lost.

    If you find something wrong once you collect your lay-by, return it to us within 7 days for assessment and we will follow the returns procedure above. Please remember we do not accept returns for change of mind.
